Guest Policy: We are a family friendly bed and breakfast. When travelling with children, please note children under the age of 3 (maximum 2 per room) will be accommodated free of charge.
Children between 3 – 12 years will be charged at 50% of the adult rate on bed only basis, if sharing with one or two adults and full adult rate for breakfast (KES 300 per person)
Children above 13 years will be charged the full adult rate on accommodation on a bed and breakfast basis.

- Booking is secured by payment of 50% of the cost of the stay. The payments are made in advance. The remaining 50% is payable on Check-In date.
Mode of Payments
- All the Bookings, regardless of their origins, are payable in the local currency of Kenya (the Kenya Shilling)
- If the debit to the Establishment is made in a currency other than the one confirmed in the Booking, the exchange fees are payable by the Customer.
- In the event of pre-payment: pre-paid Bookings are non-cancelable and non-refundable
- No Show : In the event that the Guest does not show up at Enkayz Mombasa on the day of their Booking, the Booking is considered cancelled
- Payment is accepted via Mobile Money payment – Payment is in KES and via Till number 9876811 to Enkayz Stay Limited is the preferred mode of payments.
To Change Your Booking At Enkayz Mombasa
- The Booking can be changed directly with reservations@enkayzmombasa.com or by calling +254 725 331122 up to 2 days to check in date, and subject to availability
- In the event of an interruption in the stay attributable to the Guest, the full price agreed will be collected.
- All Bookings are reserved by name and can in no event be transferred to a third party, whether free of charge or at a cost or in a commercial capacity.
